Shipping & Returns Policy

Please be aware that our products are handmade and crafted from 100% natural ingredients. As a result, there may be slight variations from batch to batch, such as changes in color or settling and clumping. These variations are a testament to the authenticity and uniqueness of our products, and we take great pride in delivering high-quality, all-natural goods to our customers. Thank you for choosing our handmade products, and we hope you enjoy their natural beauty and benefits.

Our body butters are all handmade with care. Once you place an order, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been processed. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive (excluding holidays and weekends). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please note that PHBBS is not liable for the following:

1. Stolen Packages: If you have received a notification that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we suggest that you contact USPS to check if there was an issue in their system.

2. Delayed Delivery Dates: Once your package has been shipped and you have received an email confirmation, we have no control over the delivery process. If you are experiencing a delay, please contact UPS with your tracking information.

3. Orders Returned to Sender Due to Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for paying the reshipping fee or will receive a store credit for the value of the product(s) only.

4. Products Melting in Transit: During warmer months, we highly recommend that you have your product delivered to an indoor location. Hot temperatures can cause the body butter to melt. Once the product is in a cooler environment for some time, the texture will harden again.
